Came in for air bag recall, and break tag. I was told car would be done around 2pm. Called after 2:15 with results of 12 point inspection, that brake tags were not available and work would begin on recall. would be done around 2pm. Picked up car after 4PM to find passenger dashboard & seat dirty with black marks and floor mat on driver side black with oil/Grease. When 12 point inspection done without notice by service personnel, many in my family have the impression that is a scam technique. More

Quick Service Center I bought this car a few months ago, and I went back to this dealership for my 5000 mile free service. I got a fresh cup of coffee in the waiting area (fresh doughnuts, orange juice, and hot tea were also available). I waited less than an hour for my car to receive the tire rotation and check up, and I was back on the road. More

Booking appt online was very easy. Service Dept took car back for service at exact appt time. Service notified me of additional services needed after inspection and which ones were covered by extended warr back for service at exact appt time. Upon the body work being completed the dealership needed to reset various sensors. Additionally, the car was due for regular oil change and tire rotation, so collision center said it would all be handled at once. Was told by collision center that the car was ready. Went to pick it up. Collision center charged me $74 for "no cost" oil change by the dealership. Told the employee that it was supposed to be free, she didn't care. Finally made them give me the receipt from the dealership, which said "no cost". But first, was told my card wasn't good. "You will have to give me another." As though I was trying to charge things on a card which is no good. I called the bank, they said it was fine. Turns out that the Ray Brandt system was at fault. Oops, sorry for suggesting that you were trying to use an invalid card, our mistake. Once the "no cost" issue was straightened out, I got a refund of the $74.. THEN, I got in my car and drove away. Within a couple hundred yards the warning lights came on, instructing me to pull over and contact dealership. Took it back to dealership and left it. Had to pay $20 for a Lyft home, certainly will have to pay again to go back. You would have thought one or both of these organizations (I use the term loosely) could have taken the car for a test ride before telling me it was ready. A waste of 2 hours and $40. Hope to never use Ray Brandt Collision Center again. Kind of stuck with the dealership since I bought my last 3 cars from them. More
