I went in for a normal oil change and ended up waiting for 4 hours. I had heard a couple of times that it might take a little longer than usual so I Didn’t initially say anything. But finally I did and tu for 4 hours. I had heard a couple of times that it might take a little longer than usual so I Didn’t initially say anything. But finally I did and turns out that my paperwork was never turned in. Thankfully the gentleman was able to help me out and get me out within an hour. Needless to say he was able to turn the long wait into a good experience. More
