I had cancelled my appointment last month because of the Corona virus. They kindly rescheduled for June. I was impressed the way they were operating at this time. Mechanics were wearing masks and practicing Corona virus. They kindly rescheduled for June. I was impressed the way they were operating at this time. Mechanics were wearing masks and practicing social distances. The waiting area was also set up for social distancing, I felt comfortable and safe during this time. As always everyone was polite and helpful. I think my wait was like 20-30 minutes, not long at all. I have been very happy to be driving a Toyota Rav 4. More

There were RAY Brandt employees walking around unmasked as awll as unmasked customers. There was no available seating so the lady behind the window told me to grab a chair from one of the desks.
