After waiting almost 3 hours for my car I went and ask what was the hold up,,,, Sweetest lady found it sitting waiting for the roof leak to be fixed.,, which took just a few minutes to blow out the drain hole. that was causing the overflow onto the rugs inside on the drivers side and to tell me it will cost me $$$$$$$ to replace the whole cars carpet for two wet spots, I am now 80 years old and you did not have juice for me to drink, or cookies or popcorn to eat which was a big disappointment and hardship. HAROLD had gone to lunch and no one checked on the car after it was serviced.to the fixaleak dept. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest,,, And thank MS Harold for saving my day!
