Initial appointment was a wasted drive to the dealership because although we had an appointment, no one told us the part had not arrived. Subsequently after the part arrived, I spoke to a lady in Service and asked her to schedule new appt. She was unable to understand the request and I asked for Doug M. to call me. He did, We spoke. He was to call me back. Almost 2 weeks and multiple other calls later and no response yet. The service mailbox remains full and we are unable to leave another message. More
