I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 3 1/2 hours until my car was finally ready. I did not feel enough safety precautions were in place to prevent virus spread. Several people and employees were observed with masks not covering mouth and nose. The employee who handled my case was very unorganized and distracted. He told me no recommendations were made for care on my car and that everything was good. However, after receiving my service report and receipt which I read closer upon returning home it noted several things that were recommended; such as Air refresher service, Throttle Body Service, and Replacing Air Engine filter. I go there because that’s where I purchased my car. The last service I had was on 11/5 for oil change and tire rotation. Warranty item was found defective and kept car - put in rental car. When I picked car up next day, bill was not correct, service advisor gone and I still folding believe it is correct. I called the next day (Sat 11/7) but service advisor not there. Called during week and left detailed message and never heard. I have not had a chance to call back. More
