After bringing my vehicle to get a recall done, the After bringing my vehicle to get a recall done, the service writer called and said the vehicle was ready, however a mechanic hit my vehicle causing After bringing my vehicle to get a recall done, the service writer called and said the vehicle was ready, however a mechanic hit my vehicle causing damage to the bumper. They were sorry for the incident, I had to bring it back and they were gonna take care of it and provide a loner. I was told it would be about 3 days well it turned into 7 and finally it was ready for pick up. I called after 4 days and didn't get a return call. 2 messages left and still nothing. I remembered the only time I did get a call was to upsell me on a "check up". I declined. Communication with this dealer is pretty much non existent. I lost an hour of work because the person that does the loner program starts at 8 am apparently. Upon picking my vehicle up, the repair was done well. But I was hoping for a greeting from the service manager telling me that he was sorry for the incident or perhaps a free oil change for the inconvenience of it all. At least they could have washed it or something. I got NOTHING. No apology at least say "I hope you don't hold it against us for the accident" So when I go to trade in my older car for another, I'll give Ray Brandt the same as I got NOTHING! I'll go out of my way to Bohn or Toyota of Slidell. This place could use some serious customer relation practices... See ya, Ray More
