Years ago we brought out Sienna for service and I was quite displeased with Ray Brandt. We bought another Sienna and I thought I would give it a whirl. A minor hiccup in the beginning was scheduling, whi quite displeased with Ray Brandt. We bought another Sienna and I thought I would give it a whirl. A minor hiccup in the beginning was scheduling, which my first appointment was not scheduled for some reason. I had to call back and reschedule. Upon arriving my car was taken in and I was given an estimate for services. I had the opportunity for some coffee and my car was done in 40 minutes. So better service this time around. More
