My car is basically brand new 2020 Highlander and when I brought it in to be serviced “routine service” it was in excellent condition. They did an oil change and tire rotation. They never bothered to clean or vacuum the car (which I have gotten accustomed to when bringing my car to the dealership as a courtesy) Go to check out and there is a dent in the side passenger door that I noticed immediately and pointed out to the lady assisting me. She said I must have had the dent when I came and that it was not their fault. I went and asked to speak to the supervisor who stated that the camera system was out so they couldn’t verify if it was their fault or not but that it should not be as they never accessed that door. After a few rounds I was told they would contact me when the x-a dent guy would be there next to have him try to remove the dent since they could not verify that it wasn’t their fault. Needless to say it was not a great experience. More

Probably 15 years ago I decided to try the Ray Brandt Toyota service department even though I had purchased my car at another dealer. Because of the service I received, I haven't been and wouldn't consid Toyota service department even though I had purchased my car at another dealer.
