If you are giving a customer the option to setup service online or call you should have more than one person to answer the phone to set appointments. I’ve done this survey once already. The service was as good as it could be for the type of service I needed Ed for my Toyota Highlander. I was there for a tire rotation, a fuel issue recall and to chec good as it could be for the type of service I needed Ed for my Toyota Highlander. Apparently, after an accident I had, the wrong battery was put in my car by Toyota Collision by mistake. Fortunately, the right battery was replaced in my car st no cost to me. More
