While we were there for service, they said we needed rear brakes. We made an appointment on the spot for 8 days later. We drove 1 hr 20 minutes for the brake job only to be told they Didnt have a part they needed and that it they needed a 2 hr round trip drive to another dealer to get the part. They did however give us a free loaner. At the end of the day they called to say they had a wrong part and they wouldn’t get a replacement until the next day. Why they didn’t know that they didn’t have the right parts before we drove over in the first place I’ll never know. More

Gentleman checked in at the same time as me for a tire rotation he was leaving 45 minutes after appointment. Thought I was at the doctors office it took so long. Gave them a 2nd chance as I have had this issue with them several years ago on a few occasions everyone deserves a 2nd at bat right . Call ahead to see if they’re running on time so you aren’t wasting yours or get the 1st appointment of it the day ! More
I don't think I can say enough good things about this dealership! I have never felt so good about buying a car. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Patrick, Jeff, and Bronco were the best! I wanted to convey the excellent experience I had purchasing a vehicle at Toyota of Keene. From the start the process was great here is the list I complied to validate my experience 1. Website was v purchasing a vehicle at Toyota of Keene. From the start the process was great here is the list I complied to validate my experience 1. Website was very user friendly and easy to maneuver. 2. Chat help was great and guided me through the selection process. 3. The dealership itself was clean and friendly. 4. The salesperson was easy to work with and very professional. 5. Financing was quick and easy. 6. Pickup was fast and seamless. 7. Car was in outstanding shape and ready to go. I want to point out specifically my salesperson Cantrell “CJ” Johansen. He is doing an excellent job despite a challenge with the application accepting my information he stuck to it and got the job done. He was both friendly and professional and had exceptional knowledge of both the process and Toyota vehicles and accessories. I also wanted to point out how Amanda (not sure of her last name) made the financing easy and the contracts I needed to sign understandable. She also was very knowledgeable about the process and explained it clearly and concisely. Both CJ and Amanda answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable through entire process. I also had a question about the auto-start and a service writer jumped right up and came outside with me and gave me a quick lesson on how to use it correctly. I worked in the auto glass field for 20 years and did work at many dealerships in both Mass and New Hampshire, so I have seen good service and bad serve and know the difference intimately. That being said I would definitely recommend Toyota of Keene to friends and family. Regards, Thomas J Murphy More
Had a service and got a scratch when they did the recall. Jason the service manager comped the bill and is willing to pick up and deliver my truck for the repair. I am satisfied with his excelle recall. Jason the service manager comped the bill and is willing to pick up and deliver my truck for the repair. I am satisfied with his excellent response. Got home and found my tires low. I emailed Jason about it and made an appointment at a local garage for the next day. Jason emailed back asking if he could help. He not only let me bring it back he checked out himself on the lift all four tires. I have to say that he went above and beyond! I won't go anywhere else. More

Never thought that was possible buying a car, but it was. Bought a certified preowned corolla. Looks brand new! Inside & out! If you need a car just go there & ask for Jason B. Let's not forget Jeff the manager, he was pretty cool & helpful also! Thanks Guys! More

I wouldn't buy a roll of toilet paper from these jokers. Test drove and decided to buy a vehicle. I was then told I'd need to pay cash on the spot to buy the vehicle as paradoxically they don't take deposits of any sort, such that a customer has a reasonable opportunity to bring payment while the vehicle was reserved for the customer trying to complete the purchase. Rather (in the case of a cash sale) only a bank check made out to them for the exact amount was acceptable as payment. What?! I didn't have a bank check at that instant made out in the exact (just calculated) amount to the dealership in my pocket. Well banks are generally closed in the evening so I intended to bring a bank check the next morning but was then told another customer was looking at the same vehicle, intending to finance the purchase so in this case no scrambling to obtain a bank check was needed. The vehicle was sold out from under me to the other customer even though I was trying to place a deposit on it the previous day such that I could complete a purchase in good faith. This is a beyond ridiculous customer engagement model and negative (if not outright hostile) customer treatment. A dealership employee trying to justify this conduct, stated the establishment is on shaky financial ground and this paniced approach (give me the money now or I sell to the next customer who stumbles in the door) was somehow a last gasp attempt for survival of the dealership. In retrospect I suppose it is fortunate I walked away free of any customer association with that flailing operation. But even if it does manage to momentarily survive, its sold-soul behavior will likely have it titanic anyway. Apparently this is a general customer concern as well -- it was underscored the certified 5-year warranty of this vehicle was backed by Allstate should the dealership evaporate during the warranty period. Guess I should have read the writing on the wall. Anyway if you seek spectacularly incompetent customer treatment from a struggling dealer, this is the place for you. For everyone else, spare yourself the aggravation and pass these clowns by on your way to the next Toyota dealer. Edit: another dealer self-inflicted embarrassment worth sharing: This vehicle had a rock hole in the windshield which was already radially spider web cracking. Obvious to anyone yet the sales guy was trying to dismiss it as a non-issue. I asked it be repaired as a safety issue, and the fact the windshield would otherwise split in a few weeks of driving. His manager wanted me to buy the vehicle that day and have the windshield repaired myself, whereupon I'd send them the bill. What?! I suppose that's what transpires at the end of the month when the Three Stooges of Toyota dealerships is desperately trying to stay afloat. More
