When I noticed a few days after the service that the driver's side windshield wiper needed changing & fluids needed topping off, she did not hesitate to have me come back in to have the mechanics complete their work (these were items that she wouldn't have noticed & were the responsibility of the person(s) working on my car). She has a friendly, professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend that my friends & family contact her if they need their car serviced.
