Great Service and quick Took my car here for the 3rd time and have been satisfied with the overall service so far. I usually drop my car and walk down to the coffee shop(Commissary) on sunset and the car is always ready before the deadline they give you up front(usually around 2hrs). Camille was very friendly and got everything done in a timely manner even though the system was down for most of the time we were there. It would be nice if they gave the cars a rinse like some other dealerships do, but that would be just a bonus, the service was great. I would recommend this place. More

So helpful, amazing service I took my 2014 Corolla in on a Friday for some lurching and jerkiness on acceleration that I had been noticing. I was expecting some difficulty in dia I took my 2014 Corolla in on a Friday for some lurching and jerkiness on acceleration that I had been noticing. I was expecting some difficulty in diagnosing the issue since there was no check engine light yet, but I wanted to get the process of figuring it out going. I was greeted by Melvin Chacon, who was very kind and efficient, getting my car taken back right away and calling me with updates. The mechanics were unable to identify the problem, but they even took the extra time to have me ride around with Chris, one of the mechanics, to try and replicate the issue. Melvin made a record of the issue and told me to come back once it got worse or a check engine light came on. Sure enough, the very next day I was having issues with acceleration and throttle response and I brought it right back. Melvin greeted me again and right away had me go for another ride with Chris the mechanic to try and replicate the problem. When we couldn't replicate it, Chris asked me to leave the car so he could let the engine cool and try again with his supervisor and senior mechanics. Because they took that extra time and care, they were able to find the issue and called me later that day to let me know they were opening a ticket with Toyota to repair my transmission. Melvin then set me up with a rental car and I am now waiting on the repair. I really appreciate the extra time and attention they gave me, they could have very easily turned me away and had me come back again and again until my check engine light came on or my car completely crapped out on me! I am also 7 months pregnant so the thought of going back and forth to deal with the issue was pretty daunting. I am very grateful for Melvin and Toyota of Hollywood for helping me and being so wonderful. More

From the moment I drove in I was greeted by the smiling face of service writer Victor Oajaca. He promptly processed my appointment for the scheduled maintenance. My car was finished in the time I was told it would take (about an hour). Overall a great experience for something necessary for keeping my car running smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer for service and speak with Victor about taking care of your car. More
