I made an immediate appointment with the service department and Camille Juse was my service representative. She was very understanding and explained, step-by-step, what service might be required. After having the problem diagnosed, she kept me apprised of the time it would take and the cost. She has a lovely demeanor, just right for the job of calming down nervous car owners.
