I made an appointment online and was scheduled to see somebody else, but since they were not available I was helped by Ken. It's my first visit to this dealership as I am new to the area, but my car needed a much overdue brake/rotor change plus I went ahead and did tire/balance/rotate, oil change, battery replacement, spark plug replacement and fuel system cleaning. I told Ken that the wiper fluid was not coming out on the passenger side and had not been working for a little while and he said they would also look into that and see what they could do. Thankfully, they were able to easily fix it and did not charge me for that small repair, but beyond this Ken was just a great person to work with. I opted to stay at the dealership since I can easily work remotely and the full service took less time than I had anticipated so that was awesome. The car was fixed up like new and I am very satisfied with the results. Thanks to Ken I was also informed of a small recall that has subsequently been scheduled for repair this Saturday. Great service, great people. I will make it a point to come back for any future maintenance or repair. More

Also they advertise free financing for 72 months I was not offered that and I have perfect credit I got charged 4 percent finance charges. More

I was in Greenville from Charlotte and happened to touch base with him regarding a color combination they had in stock. Initially I just wanted to ‘look’ at the color, but the great service from Steve prevented me from visiting or pursuing one of the six other dealerships in the Charlotte area. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions regarding the new Camry and even let me kick up the stereo a bit in the showroom. I highly recommend Steve J. and this dealership due to the great service I received and have recommended friends from Charlotte to Steve for their future purchase. Ken Hodges I received a recall letter from Toyota. I made an appointment and took my Toyota to Toyota of Greenville for recall. Arrived at dealer about 25 min. I received a recall letter from Toyota. I made an appointment and took my Toyota to Toyota of Greenville for recall. Arrived at dealer about 25 min. early. Pulled into service area and met Mr. Hodges who appeared not interested in helping me, no how are you doing, no how may we help you. I explained to him that I came early for an appointment for a recall and asked him about how long would it take. Mr. Hodges stated to me it would be at least an hour to an hour and a half before they would even get to it. I asked him what good did it do to make an appointment and he stated that if I had not made an appointment it would be even longer. Mr. Hodges then stated to me "are you leaving the vehicle or not". I said I was leaving it, but would wait for it. He had nothing to say. I was frustrated to say the least and asked who his supervisor was and he indicated an office on the end in the service area, which had no one in it. Some other employee indicated to me that I could speak to another gentlemen in another office who I can not remember his name. I explain to this person the non- professional way that Mr. Hodges conducted himself. This gentlemen tried to help, but to late I was pissed off. I called to have my vehicle brought to me and I left. NO MORE TOYOTA OF GREENVILLE! I have since went to another Toyota Dealer and all was done to include oil change, front end alignment, and recheck of recall. All this was done within 1 hour and 15 min. of arrival with no appointment. I know this is not normal, but guess what, there was no jerk at the service desk! Mr. Hodges needs customer service training at the bare minimum. More
