For sometime now (a long, long time) I have been wanting to get back into a Toyota. I was upside down on my trade in and was apprehensive about how I would be received by the sales associate and finance pe to get back into a Toyota. I had alot of questions about the different models and he answered each of them with patience and knowledge of the vehicles. Even though I was leaning toward a 6 cylinder, I asked questions about the difference in the cylinders. He had me drive each . Charlie pointed out the options on the vehicles and was very helpful. We knew exactly what we wanted to purchase, a new Venza. We also knew just what we wanted and didn't want in this new purchase. He told us he could have the leather installed and the car delivered to our home on a certain day and he was right on with the delivery day, actually a day ahead of schedule. He kept us informed step by step and took care of all the details of notifying our insurance carrier, state registration, etc. He is a true Southern Gentleman. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience and recommend Toyota of Greenville resoundingly! His co-workers, Alvin and Rick, were most pleasing and comforting to deal with also-two fine gentlemen. They were so polite and thorough, took care of the business they were assigned and with a handshake and a smile bid us goodbye.
