Most unhelpful I had gone to Toyota in search of a new car. I have a Scion that I absolutely adore. However, I ended up getting a used Kia in September 2015. Because I had gone to Toyota in search of a new car. I have a Scion that I absolutely adore. However, I ended up getting a used Kia in September 2015. Because of the flood in Columbia, we understood the delay in getting our plates. After numerous trips to the dealership, half a dozen temporary plates, and multiple people claiming they'd take care of it and get back to us, we finally were told to get it ourselves. I retrieved my own permanent plates in March 2016. I also was not told about my car needing a wheel lock. When I brought this information to Toyota after attempting to get my tires rotated, I was told they would compensate me for having to buy the wheel lock key from Kia. This was again an empty hollow promise to pacify me. Unfortunately I do not remember the names of all the gentleman that were so falsely helpful over those 6 months. But if in the future I choose to buy another Toyota/Scion, I will NOT be going to the Greenville dealership. More
ABS Light is on. They are not professional....... they dont know what they are doing...............they diagnosed my car with a problem that wasn't a problem......... Jim Gibson was great Jim Gibson small body shop manager. Treated me with great respect. I felt I was spending much much more for my car repairs. I would recommend hiI will take the credit card info and not run it until Monday after i find out what we can get. Great long-term experience I have brought my Toyota Sienna to be serviced at Toyota of Greenville for years now and always had a positive experience. Recently I traded-in my use I have brought my Toyota Sienna to be serviced at Toyota of Greenville for years now and always had a positive experience. Recently I traded-in my used van a for a new one here and had just as positive experience. I found all service professionals both at reg. service dept. and collisions courteous and professional. Many of their excellent CS rep-s moved on, so I can only comment on my recent very positive experiences with Santiago Giraldo, who goes beyond extra mile with service. I also was lucky to work with ever-patient Chuck in sales (C. W.) who delivered a fair deal and an excellent byuing service - no pressure, exploring all the options and making sure all details are clear and taken care of. He really listens and takes time to answer any questions and gives you time to weigh all the options and be comfortable with your choice. I highly recommend seeking out these two gentlemen if you are looking for a positive experience. I also recommend people evaluating their own demeanor and attitudes when they enter any place of business as not only customers but also service providers deserves respect and benefit of the doubt. And we all have a choice to seek out a different CS rep if we feel mistreated and move beyond negative comments of dealership took corrective measures. More

We purchased a used car in March 2015 and the day we brought i I would not recommend the purchasing a car from Toyota of Greenville and Danny Godfrey. We purchased a used car in March 2015 and the day we brought it home it had a dead battery. We were assured by Danny if we replaced it then Toyota of Greenville would refund our money. 6 months later and we still never received a refund and multiple attempts to ask Danny about the status and there was no response. He was very quick to respond when we wanted to buy but not the least bit helpful in ensuring we were happy with it. I am disappointed that Toyota doesn't inspect used cars better and replace necessary parts when needed. I also am highly disappointed in Danny and his service. I would not recommend ever buying a car from Toyota of Greenville or from Danny. More
Service with a smile. I thought I had an issue with my Toyota Camry. I stopped in at lunch time and asked Santiago to advise me on the problem. He looked at the issue and went and got the appropriate papers and sticker for my car. Thanks for putting my mind at ease. Will always look to Santiago for all of my service needs. Toyota of Greenville is lucky to have an employee that treats people with respect , Ask for Santiago and you will be kept up to date on service and price. More

I called the dealer and explained what had happen and they didn't leave me stranded . They stood behind me when I needed them. I was really upset when it happen but I do feel better knowing they cared about there customer. I had bought 2 cars from them years ago and never had any issues. Customer Service from this man needs work! Typically have a very good experience at this Toyota. However, this man recently gave my family the worst customer service we've ever experienced. If you pull in to the service center and this man comes out to greet you, you may as well drive away, lest you be spoken down to as if you were lucky he even acknowledged your existence in the first place.
