Jim Keuth was rude and disrespectful. Today I went to get a recall fix on my Toyota 4Runner. I waited 10 minutes before anyone waited of me but a guy pull up and they got to him before me Today I went to get a recall fix on my Toyota 4Runner. I waited 10 minutes before anyone waited of me but a guy pull up and they got to him before me . So after work I came to pick up my car and noticed that half of my temperature panel was off. So I Jim Keuth to see why the panel was off .Then he took it to the back and came back and said that the mechanic said it was already like that . Long story short he basically told me I was lying and trying to get something for free. More

He make it known that thier is a problem and suggest that it needs attention but leave it entirely up to you whether do it now or later. If you has to wait on the car the customer area is nicely equipped and very comfortable. More

We weren't originally looking for a Rav4 but she fell in love with it when she saw it and drove it. There was a small problem that needed to be corrected but the repair was included in the deal. It took a few weeks to finally get it in and when it was returned there were even more problems. That being said, problems/mistakes can and do occur but how they're handled is even more important. Sam and Danny in the used car department did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of as did the GM Mike O'Leary. They all went out of their way to take care of us and Mr O'Leary went above and beyond what was necessary and expected to take care of us. The used car buying experience was pleasant and Sam does not fit into the common used car salesman stereotype. Despite our initial problems, I recommend Toyota of Greenville without hesitation and will return when in the market for another vehicle. We truly appreciate the personal care that Sam, Danny and Mr O'Leary provided to make sure my wife was happy and satisfied with her vehicle. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! More

Very bad experience with sales Purchased a new $50,000.00 truck with an additional rim and tire package to be added later. Specifically asked the sales person if we would receive th Purchased a new $50,000.00 truck with an additional rim and tire package to be added later. Specifically asked the sales person if we would receive the original tires and rims back. His answer was yes we would. Fast forward a few weeks later to pick up truck after package was installed. We only find the old rims in the truck, no tires. When asked about the tires the sales person said they couldn't transport them back to us. Reminded him that he said we would get them back. He says he will speak to his manager and get back to us the next day. No call after several days, so I call him. His story changes to he never said we would get the tires back. He says the tires were not on the original invoice and were free so pretty much I get nothing. Pretty much told me they were not willing to do anything. These tires were on the vehicle when I purchased and drove it off the lot, so free or not I owned them at that point. I did not sign anything that said they would not be returned with the vehicle. I am satisfied that the dealership did what they could to get the parts needed for my warranty work, but Toyota themselves took too long and one exhaust part was very expensive. I wish that the service technicians checked out the car more thoroughly before turning it back over to me - I had to return twice for minor but annoying followup visits to resolve problems More

I went home and took the next 2 days arranging the financing. We emailed back and forth with Ashley and my bank to get everything lined up. Went back Saturday morning. Worked with Joey Delaney (Ashley was with another customer) went over truck again and haggled new price and purchased the truck Ps the truck had not even made it to the detail shop. Will pick up my truck on Monday. More
Bad Customer service When you are looking for a car, they promise the moon and the stars. Once you have the car, they forget that you exist. The car did not come with a bluetooth phone, so they had one installed. I was told it would be as good as or better than the company installed. I cannot hear anything connected through bluetooth when the car is in motion. So no listening to music from my phone or listening to podcasts on long drives. I had the radiator fluid replaced somewhere else, so it was not on their records. A few weeks later I took the car in for normal servicing, they insisted that the radiator fluid was old and needed to be replaced. I asked them to check it again, they came in with old dirty fluid (which i know did not come from my car) and said I needed the service. I was told my extended warranty was not worth the paper it was printed on, and I needed to pay for all servicing after the basic warranty ended. Many additional issues through the years I have had my car. I purchased my previous car from a different Toyota dealer and had VASTLY different experiences. More

The value received as trade in for my 10 year o I found everyone to be very considerate and interested in making sure I had the new vehicle I wanted. The value received as trade in for my 10 year old Rav4 was better than I expected and top dollar for this vehicle according to KBB. I had occasion in the past to use this dealer for service on the Rav4 and have always been treated well and the service recommendations were performed in timely manner. When I made the decision to purchase a new vehicle I had no misgivings about returning to this dealer for the purchase. More
