Ken Hodges I received a recall letter from Toyota. I made an appointment and took my Toyota to Toyota of Greenville for recall. Arrived at dealer about 25 min. I received a recall letter from Toyota. I made an appointment and took my Toyota to Toyota of Greenville for recall. Arrived at dealer about 25 min. early. Pulled into service area and met Mr. Hodges who appeared not interested in helping me, no how are you doing, no how may we help you. I explained to him that I came early for an appointment for a recall and asked him about how long would it take. Mr. Hodges stated to me it would be at least an hour to an hour and a half before they would even get to it. I asked him what good did it do to make an appointment and he stated that if I had not made an appointment it would be even longer. Mr. Hodges then stated to me "are you leaving the vehicle or not". I said I was leaving it, but would wait for it. He had nothing to say. I was frustrated to say the least and asked who his supervisor was and he indicated an office on the end in the service area, which had no one in it. Some other employee indicated to me that I could speak to another gentlemen in another office who I can not remember his name. I explain to this person the non- professional way that Mr. Hodges conducted himself. This gentlemen tried to help, but to late I was pissed off. I called to have my vehicle brought to me and I left. NO MORE TOYOTA OF GREENVILLE! I have since went to another Toyota Dealer and all was done to include oil change, front end alignment, and recheck of recall. All this was done within 1 hour and 15 min. of arrival with no appointment. I know this is not normal, but guess what, there was no jerk at the service desk! Mr. Hodges needs customer service training at the bare minimum. More

Good Communication I took my 13 Taco to get the oil change, Santiago was polite and professional. My right rear fender was scratched while they parked after service was I took my 13 Taco to get the oil change, Santiago was polite and professional.
