I came to Toyota of Greenville today looking for a reliable vehicle for my children and I, I had a trade in that I absolutely did not think they would take. Really appreciated our salesman Omar Hernandez, My wife and I don’t want to be pressured when car shopping. We know what we want when we come to a dealer. Answered all our questions and worked diligently to get us everything we wanted at a good price. Working with Rebecca they not only got us the exact car we wanted but went the extra mile to get the color we wanted. This dealer treats people right. We told Omar that when we met with the business person to close and pay on the car that we didn’t want the typical hard pressure forever push for extras including maintenance contract. Also appreciated that because we forgot to bring the title for our trade in this dealership sent someone to our house, almost an hour away, to pick it up, Our wishes were respected and the paperwork and payment was handled without endless oversell. My Jeep Cherokee developed an oil leak after 16 months of ownership. We took it to Toyota of Greenville because that is where we purchased it and it was a smooth and easy experience. Our car was quickly diag ownership. We took it to Toyota of Greenville because that is where we purchased it and it was a smooth and easy experience. Our car was quickly diagnosed. It had a cracked oil cooler. We had a warranty that covered the cost of repair. They were very knowledgeable and we trusted them completely. Within a short time they had us on our way in a nice rental car (also covered by warranty). They called to give us updates on how long the repair would taking and any changes that happened. There was another repair that had to be done while car was in shop and they called to let us know about what was needed. We got our car back before date that we expected. The whole experience went easy and smooth. I would highly recommend Toyota of Greenville to anyone needing car repair. More
