My appointment was at 3pm and I did not get out of there until just after 6pm. Jason Shilelds did offer me an uber but it was only up to 10 miles, but I live 15 miles from the dealership so I decided to stay because I've been told many times before that it may take a while and I still got out of there within an hour and a half. It should not take 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation! If this is how service is going to be there then I'll just take my truck somewhere else, or do it myself from now on! And just to clarify, Jason did his part, so this is not a rant about him at all.
