I am absolutely disgusted by how Toyota of Greenville treated my 90-year-old parents, who have been loyal customers for nearly 30 years. They have bought and serviced every vehicle at this dealership, tr treated my 90-year-old parents, who have been loyal customers for nearly 30 years. They have bought and serviced every vehicle at this dealership, trusting them with their business for decades. Recently, my parents went to trade in their car for something smaller. My father has dementia, and my mother, who has never bought a car in her life, was left to navigate the process alone. Instead of helping them and honoring their long-standing relationship, the dealership took full advantage of their vulnerability. They offered an unfairly low trade-in value and pressured them into a confusing and unfavorable deal. My mother felt bullied by the financial manager to sign on the spot without a chance to consult with me or my siblings. It’s heartbreaking that a company they’ve trusted for so long would exploit them. My father’s head may not be in the right place, but his heart was. The 2018 Toyota Camry that she was driving was too hard for her to navigate and after her latest fender bender, my father was bent on trading it in for something easier for her to drive. They purchased a Toyota Corolla and are now strapped with an $18k loan! No business should take advantage of the elderly. I urge everyone to think twice before trusting this dealership. More

I made appointment for my father for an oil change only due to him not speaking English, they did the oil change and a tire rotation and charged him 40 dollars for the tire rotation, the tires had just bee due to him not speaking English, they did the oil change and a tire rotation and charged him 40 dollars for the tire rotation, the tires had just been changed about a week before the appointment, any tech can tell the tires are brand new and there was no need for a tire rotation but they are so money hungry that they didn’t care for actual customer service. More
