Toyota of Greenville is a great dealership (and that is saying a lot). Dealerships historically are over priced and under serviced; However I actually enjoy taking my vehicle in to see Ben and the team i saying a lot). My service is quick, reasonably priced, and efficient. (It would be a nice plus if the dealership offered a charging station for electric vehicles while in for service.) More
Service advisor was Savannah; very nice and very responsive. However, was told one price and new estimate is five times that. I understand that they can’t always tell every before they start, howe responsive. However, was told one price and new estimate is five times that. I understand that they can’t always tell every before they start, however it seems that I am paying for this mechanic to get up the learning curve at my expense. I don’t think I should be paying to train their mechanic. My rating for the service advisor is four (hard working and good communicative skills); my rating for the mechanic is one. My ‘three’ rating is generous due to the service advisor. Not yet sure if I would go back. More
Not the best experience this go around. Service adviser recommended services that I had purchased during my last service. I.e. Service department had great communication letting me know things were taking a bit longer on a Friday afternoon than initially thought. I knew I was asking for a lot of work to be done.
