But Jordan stayed consistent from the beginning — always responding quickly, keeping me updated, and genuinely doing everything he could to help me land the right car. Jacob was the one who really made the deal make sense — professional, transparent, and willing to work with me on numbers when other dealerships wouldn’t even try. There were a few minor issues with the truck that didn't show in their pictures and of course none of it was mentioned prior to my 2 hour drive. The dealer refused to deliver the truck to me unless they wer show in their pictures and of course none of it was mentioned prior to my 2 hour drive. However, I purchased the truck anyway and I have been trying to get information from the salesman since but he has quit answering my messages.
