Verbal contracts mean nothing to them! This dealership sold a used vehicle to my niece and have not followed through on a verbal contract to fix it if she found something wrong. She called the next day and they have done nothing but give her the run around. Very dissatisfied with the salesman and service center since they do not do what they promise. The sold her a vehicle that they knew had issues and took her money knowing full well that they were robbing her. Now they do not want to fix the problem because it will cost them too much. Basically she bought the car and the problems that came with it because they lied to her. We will file a dealer complaint and see where it goes from there. Shame on you! More
