We REALLY appreciated Jamie's straight-forward honesty and how easy it was to work with him. We were used to other dealers games and were relieved to find that he just plain doesn't play any. I honestly wasn't completely in the market for a new car this past weekend, but Jamie made the process so easy I couldn't resist buying it from him. So we had a deal within hours without having to step foot in the dealership. I would definitely buy from him again - too bad he is not closer to the Chapel Hill area. More

I was very impressed at how genuine and honest he was and that he wasn't just trying to put me in any car just to make a sale. The entire staff at Toyota of Goldsboro was very friendly and I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends to Jamie! Even after I bought my car, he contacted me to make sure everything was going okay. I love my new Corolla and I'm glad that I was able to buy my first new car with Toyota of Goldsboro! My daughter accompanied me to this dealership and was pleased with my overall experience with Jamie Robinson and the other courteous dealership personnel we encountered. Went to toyota of Golsboro to purchase a Lexus. I knew what I wanted to pay for the car, I told them exactly what i expected. They out performed any dealer I have ever bought from. Have bought 2 cars from here in the last few months (1 pre-owned and 1 new). Both times teh experience was good and was a reason we returned the 2nd time. I used this dealership to buy my first new car in 2008 and went back after the recall to trade up. Since I have bought my first care the sales and service people have been very nice to me, the call to mak and went back after the recall to trade up. They even emailed me to let me know of upcoming services I might need for my car and promotions the dealership offered. When I bought my 2010 Yaris the beginning of this year the sales person, Jamie Robinson, talk to me about the difference in each car and what car would be best for me. He worked out a great deal for what I could actually spend at that time. Everyone in the dealership was always nice to me when I needed help, even up to this today. I would recommend everyone to this dealership for quality service and friendly people. I did have an issue but I got it resolve, and they one there worked their hardest to get it resolved as soon as possible. I plan on going back to Toyota of Goldsboro for my next car. More
Lot sales person was the most high pressure obnoxious person I have encountered in my Life. Bunger, internet sales, is a total jerk. When told I was looking at other cars and dealers, this jerk said his person I have encountered in my Life. Bunger, internet sales, is a total jerk. When told I was looking at other cars and dealers, this jerk said his time was MUCH TOO VALUABLE to waste since he was not assured a sale! Some months later when I foolishly bought a vehicle from this outfit, Mr, VALUABLE time jerk, Bunger, took 1/2 hour to answer page at PREARRANGED pick up time. Immediately thereafter, Mr Jerk disappeared for another 20 minutes. In total he wasted more than TWO hours of my time completing a 30 minute process. Unless you have unlimited time to waste,the patience of Joab and no interest in service, avoid this dealership More
