I went home and check all paperwork and find out they changed me up to 58k for the used sienna 2023. Come back to ask why then they claimed for financial company. Don't buy anything from them if you don't want over pay for your vehicle. More

I saw this 2022 Avalon it's what I was looking for. I negotiate the price to $40,000.10. I paid $ 20,000.00 down on this car Which the balance should be $20,000.10. Do you know when I got home and started to look over the paperwork they had add $5,873.75 to the price of the car. After I found they over charge me , I call them the next day. I guess you'll know what they said. They want to put it on the finance company. I told them that it wasn't the finance company.it was your finance guy Joe. I told the General Manger that Joe add $5,873.75 to the car. I call the Toyota Company and explained what Toyota of Goldsboro had done to me. So they call Toyota of Goldsboro. The manger at Goldsboro put everything on the finance company. I was told by one of the lady at Toyata head quarters that he wasn't going to give me anything. Also they told the person at the dealership to call me. Do you know I haven't received that call yet. I forgot to tell you'll that I did call the finance company and explain thing to them. You know they is the one that told me to call Toyota Headquarter. This is were Iam at now no money no calls. DON;T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Worst Experience ever. Went to this dealership with low pressure light on on my 2015 Rav4,after Walmart tire center that replaced aftermarket tpms sensor were unable to sync Went to this dealership with low pressure light on on my 2015 Rav4,after Walmart tire center that replaced aftermarket tpms sensor were unable to sync with my car. Met advsor Casey Bradshaw who told me I'd need $139 diagnostic fee, and if I agree on. The $139 would go to the parts installation fees. After the diagnostic, I was hit with 3 different fees $561 for parts, $139 for now "programming " and $166 for installation. I asked why, she's pushing the notion that diagnostic fee is now covering programming, which she hadn't explained well before I handed her my car. After I paid $789, I realized that other dealerships are charging less, and decided not to do replacement at Toyota of Goldsboro. I went back for refund, and now I have to either pay "special order restocking fee " of 15%=$118 (which no one told me about "the order was special," when I was paying for it),or take the parts with me at a cost of $789. I was willing to pay $789 for labor and parts as stated when I allowed them my car. The no refund statement is not working. More

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Toyota of Goldsboro in the last six months. Our first experience was good but not great, this time around it was EXCELLENT! Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. We agreed on the terms and started signing the paperwork only for them to come back in and rescind their trade-in offer. We started to sign the paperwork again with the finance guy in the back and the total amount was $1,500 more than what we agreed upon. When I talked with the manager, they said it was the salesman’s fault. When I talked to the salesmen, it was the mangers fault. They obviously have a game to raise the price at the last minute when you’re excited to get the car. We walked out. This is the place where slimy cars salesmen earn that reputation. Stay away. More
