The service rep was excellent and based on past experiences, I assume the maintenance work was done correctly and with skill. The maintenance representative was very helpful, I was told when I originally purchased the car and paid for the extended warranty that it would cover everything, well a part of the car was damaged and I told when I originally purchased the car and paid for the extended warranty that it would cover everything, well a part of the car was damaged and I was told it wasnt covered, this isnt the first time this has happen and it makes it hard to trust toyota as a manufacture and to be honest has gotten bad enough that I am starting to look for other vehicle brands that provide better warranties and stand behind them.
