Too much like shady car sales people. Throwing out numbers left and right, talking so fast, confusing us, and then getting irritated when we misunderstood what they were telling us. This is a lot of money we are spending and they should at least take their time and make sure we understand everything. We are not stupid people but they sure made us feel like it.
