The dealership was very professional. We were able to immediately get to the lot and see the car we were looking for. We similarly were able to quickly get down to the important part of the deal on price as well as trim levels. We went from 0 to car in a very short time without much difficulty at all. The finance manager was similarly helpful and efficient. All in all, it was a very effective experience, which was quite helpful. In contrast to another dealership that we encountered earlier (which gave us a weird runaround), this dealership was a breath of fresh air. The only room for improvement I would note would be that it took a little bit of time waiting for the finance manager to be ready, but that was about it. The dealership was large and had a huge variety of cars to look through and all in all, everything went well. More
