Great Service!! I have been going to Toyota of Glendale for over fifteen years -- through all of my Toyotas -- I have had four Toyota vehicles. They have the best service department I have ever been to. George was my service manager and he always does a great job. He is friendly, helpful and never pushy! I love the convenient hours for working people and that they always make sure I can get my car back the same day since I have no one to pick me up and take me home -- even though they have a great shuttle services, but if I come after work, and the shuttle is not available after a certain time, I have to wait. They always get me out in a reasonable amount of time! I love Toyota of Glendale. Mickie B More

Three years ago, we worked with Armen Tashjian, for the first time. That's when it became an EXCELLENT experience! Armen, has all the qualities you would want in someone you are getting a car from. He's patient, good listener, caring, knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and will go the distance to make sure you are satisfied! After our first experience with Armen, we knew we only wanted to work with him in the future. When our lease was up last week we made an appointment to see him. We felt we were seeing a family friend. This time equaled the same amazing service we received the first time. It flowed with ease without a hitch! We are certain of one thing, that three years from now we will be making that same appointment with Armen! In the meantime, will be referring him to all our friends to him!! He is a true professional and Toyota of Glendale, is very fortunate to have him on your team! More
2015 RAV4 Purchase I purchased a 2015 RAV4 at Toyota of Glendale in late December 2014. I purchased extended warranty and for the paint protection and upholstery protect I purchased a 2015 RAV4 at Toyota of Glendale in late December 2014. I purchased extended warranty and for the paint protection and upholstery protection treatment. I had arranged for CarMax to purchase my old vehicle but I had no one to pick me up from CarMax and it was late at night. I had travelled out of my area of residence to purchase the vehicle at Toyota of Glendale based on a family member who knew the owners but worked at a different vehicle dealership elsewhere. The salesperson at Toyota of Glendale picked me up in my new vehicle at CarMax and we drove back to the dealership where he handed me keys. It was after 9 p.m. at night and I was most appreciative that this young man had seen me saved me the time and expense of calling a cab and had put my personal safety and wellbeing above his own personal comfort that night. The only reason I am giving this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the manager on duty the day of my purchase. After looking at the offer made, I wrote down another figure on a piece of paper and presented it to him and told him that the amount was more in line with my comfort zone financially. He reacted emotionally and felt insulted. My offer should not have been taken as a personal insult by this man. I've run businesses before and a counter-offer is never to be taken personally and certainly is not cause for the reaction I received. A simple, "No, I'm sorry, but the price I gave you is as low as we can go" would have been welcomed and should have been said with a smile. Instead, this gentleman huffed and puffed and made a someone embarrassing scene about my offer. I don't take offense easily and decided to put the incident behind me and accept the offer because it was a pretty good deal when taking into consideration the price of the extended warranty and the paint and upholstery protection warranty. I left with my vehicle and am very happy with my purchase. The dealership even had a new owner event a couple of months later which I was invited to attend. Unfortunately, I was not well and was unable to attend. I recently received a call to remind me of my 6 month warranty maintenance. Another perk of buying from Toyota of Glendale! Like I said, if not for the manager's unprofessional attitude that day, I would have readily given this dealership 5 stars. Still very happy with my purchase so I recommend you pay them a visit if you are shopping for a Toyota vehicle. More
Customer handling I set for appointment for oil change last April 20, 2015 because the oil color is like coffee and the last change oil was July 2014. I had my car registered in the shop and the rep told me to wait inside the waiting room and wait for someone to call in my name. Nobody called my attention, I was even with my wife so that if I go to the rest room, someone would notify me if my name is called. We waited for 3 hrs and went to the service attendant Paul Flores only to tell me that my car is not yet due for change oil because it uses synthetic oil. I told him why he didn't bother calling me on that and he only informed us when I went to his office after 3 hrs waiting. I just thought I am waiting a long line! He apologized saying that he is busy and forgot about it. This is ridiculous. Their customer handling is very very poor allowing for this lapses. I'm extremely disappointed. More
