Prompt update regarding your service in progress and then another courtesy call that your car is ready, "the best part we are open until 10pm, you can pick up anytime before that" so you do not have to abandon anything you are doing and pick up the car. However, I would recommend maybe Toyota can upgrade the seating area at the waiting lounge both outside and inside.
