Overall it was a good experience I've been here multiple times now and this time was the longest time I have waited due to busy hour. But I did not mind waiting that long because they I've been here multiple times now and this time was the longest time I have waited due to busy hour. But I did not mind waiting that long because they offer free drinks and snacks. The customer service was great too. I am so glad I had Jimmy as my advisor. He clearly explained what needs to be done for my car. After the maintenance was done, he called me and told me that my Left front tire is thicker than the other, which other advisors never told me before. So overall, my experience was good👍 More

Great service! Over the holiday, I received a notice that my Toyota was recommended for a part recall. I called early in the morning yesterday to get an appointment. Over the holiday, I received a notice that my Toyota was recommended for a part recall. I called early in the morning yesterday to get an appointment. Told the person on the phone that I couldn't do later in the week because I was suppose to be driving up to visit with family. And he made it work, so I could come in and get my Prius fixed yesterday. Everything was super efficient and wonderful.
