Paul was very prompt in handling repair work I was explained the work to be performed beforehand. Then Paul explained the work performed and the breakdown of the charges and I was informed when my car was ready. The office was kind to contact me to ensure the work was performed to my satisfaction I have to say, the waiting area was very clean, comfortable, covering CDC rules and even supplying gloves and masks. Everyone at Toyota of Glendale was amazing from start to finish.
