Fast and Courteous I needed to get my '97 camry in so I called and spoke with Tyson. He was very friendly, timely and professional throughout the entire process. I wanted the car looked over for any glaring issues that could be devastating to my trusty old ride if not taken care of and there was also a strange sound coming from the rear of the car when I went over speed bumps, so I was hoping they could get to the bottom of that. Long story short the car is going strong and needed no major work and the sound was just my spare tire rattling around a bit, because I hadn't secured it properly. They only had my car for a few hours and checked everything I asked and didn't try to tell me my shocks or struts were shot when it was just the spare tire. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity and I will be a lifelong customer here if this is the service I always receive. I also plan on purchasing my next toyota here based on this experience, once this one has had enough of the punishment I dish out... who knows when that will be though, 250K and counting! More

I called Kemick as we were considering visiting our son on the coast and also possibly buying a RAV4 at the time. He was very prompt on his reply with information. Tyson Nottingham's Bad xxx Blue Team is so good at customer service you will literally think you are on a hidden camera show like Punked! I have only seen customer service like that at Gladstone Toyota in movies set in the 1950's! The Toyota staff rushes to welcome you and is always smiling and friendly. They tell you what time your vehicle will be ready and if they are even 5 minutes late, THEY DISCOUNT YOUR BILL!!! Tyson also went out of his way to honor a dealer promise that was made in error over a year ago regarding windshield chip repair, and Tyson's team honored it anyway, and made it right!
