Carl Anderson was my service advisor. From my initial contact, he reached out to me via phone and email to discuss options, looked up my VIN and made recommendations. I had an *outstanding* experience start to finish because of Carl. When I arrived at the dealership for the appointment, Carl discussed even more specifics with me and helped me understand that it was likely in my best interest to wait for additional services, though they were happy to perform them if I chose to do so. I was still 2500 miles under where I needed anything done. Given I was going on a long drive to Michigan and was worried, he kindly checked all my levels, filters, etc. and topped off my tire pressure given the information I had shared on where I'd be driving (cold climate) - and even after I offered to pay for the service multiple times, he graciously refused, saying my gratitude and appreciation were enough. I asked for his card so I could at the very least leave a review and let others know about this experience! The true kindness, amazing service and incredible consideration Carl demonstrated are hallmarks of wonderful, expert professionals who are simply the BEST kind of people - and clearly who work for a fabulous dealership. The other person present during my appointment at the front counter was also incredibly friendly (and my last experience here too for an oil change/service with a different advisor was also awesome.) Highly recommend this dealership to ANY car owner, Toyota or otherwise! They'll convert you to loving Toyota! :) More

Sorry to say we allowed brand X to lure us away for our next 2 new car purchases with promises they did not keep. Yesterday we returned to R.H.T. and purchased a 2020 Toyota. The entire process was even better than the first time. ( I was particularly impressed that Mr. Hibbard’s office Is located halfway between the sales dept. and the service dept,). EVERYONE was courteous, friendly, and helpful, especially our salesman, Barry Robinson, who not only was not pushy, but made us feel like he was working for us and not the dealership. Let me finish by saying I rarely write reviews, but, I really ended the day happy. More
