About a month ago I found myself requiring a new car and I was debating whether to go with a Nissan, a Ford (like my last car), or a Toyota. I'd never had a Toyota before, but I had heard great things abou I was debating whether to go with a Nissan, a Ford (like my last car), or a Toyota. I'd never had a Toyota before, but I had heard great things about how durable and reliable they were, and someone who knew Zlatan pointed me in his direction. Despite that, I was still debating whether or not I wanted to be there as I walked through the door, but all that changed after talking to Zlatan. A lot of dealers might take advantage of a girl who doesn't know that much about cars, but Zlatan was patient, informative, very professional, and treated me like a human being. There was absolutely no pressure and it was very easy to talk to him, which is a rarity in car salesmen. I never felt that awful “make a decision now or the world will end” feeling with him that most salesmen try to instill in you so you will make the purchase. Instead, he was very relaxed and down-to-earth the whole time. He allowed me to test drive each car I was interested in and really see how they handled both in town and on the highway, while he helped me figure out which model I loved, not just liked. During the financial process he answered every question I had and really went above and beyond to figure out the best terms for my particular situation, which is unusual and I greatly appreciated. As I read through all the paperwork, he made sure I understood everything and did everything he could to help move the process along and make it as quick and painless as possible. My whole experience was a very positive one because of Zlatan and his efforts and I would be happy to recommend his service to other prospective buyers. More

Stuart was absolutely great to us. From the second we pulled into the lot, my wife and I both had that feeling of “here we go again, just another dreadful car buying experience.” Fortunately, Stuart cam pulled into the lot, my wife and I both had that feeling of “here we go again, just another dreadful car buying experience.” Fortunately, Stuart came out and was very easy to work with. He did not pressure us into anything or try to sell us on anything out of our budget, he did not waste our time on something that he knew would not fit our needs. The test drive went great, Stuart was extremely easy to get along with and relate to, he was never at any time pushy or overbearing like many dealers at other dealerships. He worked with us through the financing and was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process. While waiting on him to do some paperwork, he offered us one of his old military year books from a Naval ship to look through and being former military myself, I can appreciate his time in the service and what he has done for this country. Throughout this whole process, Stuart was honest and up front with us about everything, did not waste our time and turned the dreaded car buying experience into a pleasant one. We will come back to him for our next vehicle and would recommend him to anyone out there looking for a stress free car buying experience. More

I had an appointment at 1:00PM on 10/23/2012 to change oil and rotate tires if necessary. I also said that it was a 44,000 mile checkup. I arrived on time. The service person was new to me and said I was oil and rotate tires if necessary. I also said that it was a 44,000 mile checkup. I arrived on time. The service person was new to me and said I was scheduled for a 25,000 mile checkup. I told him that this was not correct so he changed it I presumed. I waited about 1.25 hours and Carl Anderson told me it was done. As he was looking at the paperwork he said that a tire rotation and check were done but the oil change was not. I waited another half hour to finally get my car after the oil change was done. Carl apologized for the mixup. I am glad he caught the error as I would have had to come back again. This was not Carl's fault. More
