Barry Robinson - was a great Sales Person! I went into Ron Hibbard on Saturday to have a recall fixed on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport which I had purchased from them last year.....I new a mo I went into Ron Hibbard on Saturday to have a recall fixed on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport which I had purchased from them last year.....I new a month after I had the truck it just wasn't the right fit for me....it's a wonderful truck but I'm an SUV lover. While waiting on my service I decided to look around the lot at the new highlander and 4 Runners. Barry Robinson greeted my husband and myself and ask if we had any question. I informed him we are just killing time looking while waiting on a service. He was still very happy to answer all of our questions. When I told him I really did not love my truck he said let me help get you into something you Love. Finding me a SUV I love was a hard task since I'm picky and have a hard time deciding on color, interior, and options. Barry was patient and truly listened to my wants in a new SUV. I decided on a 4 Runner Limited and I LOVE it!! Barry stayed late to help me set up my phone to the Bluetooth and showed in detail all the features of my new ride. He made the process a great experience. Highly Recommend anyone in the market for a new Toyota to go see Barry! More
