Friendly people. Had no problems with Austin as he was friendly, polite, and helpful [never gave up]. Michael was also nice with the final paperwork. It did take a while but was expected as our situation was a little harder then usual but they worked hard and actually got us a way better interest rate then the previous vehicle we were paying on and payments were around the same with a little higher grade vehicle. I commend them on getting Toyota Financial to get us a way better interest rate then before. One thing I do recommend is that more time and effort is put into making the car appear shiny and squeaky clean when delivering it the buyer when leaving. Our car still appeared dirty with finger prints on the windows and spider web appearance in the paint when cleaned. Brought this to Austin's attention and he let them know and got a chamois to wipe it down himself but the chamois was froze, so you may want to make sure they are using clean dry chamois or towels when they wipe them dry, and clean windows better. I was disappointed with that part at the end but it had nothing to do with the sales staff performance. Just may want to look into the cleaning and delivering to the customer process especially if someone buys a black car which is even more noticeable. I am forgiving most times but to others it may actually break a deal at the end after all the hard work sales went through to sell the car to have a customer eventually one day say what happened to the paint? Then cancel the sale. Thanks More

I stopped in last week just to look at trucks to kill time and I chatted with Z about them. He was very friendly and I told him I would be back this week and asked him not to hound me. A week to the da time and I chatted with Z about them. He was very friendly and I told him I would be back this week and asked him not to hound me. A week to the day went by and he honored my request. The funny thing was, he called on the 7th day when my wife and I were on our way in to see him. He didn't call me 50 times trying to get us in there and for that, he gets 100 kudos! When my wife and I got there, Z made us feel so welcomed. He made sure we had something to drink and he let us have our time to think about what we wanted to do. We ended the day buying a Toyota tundra crew max and couldn't be happier! Ron Hibbard also came out and we talked about normal everyday subjects. This dealership is a great friendly place. When we were with the finance lady Carol, we asked her how much longer as my wife and I hadn't ate yet that day and it was going on 3 and she offered us her lunch. Such a great family atmosphere I would recommend everyone to go there!!!!!!! More

The service has been super and always treated with friendliness and as though they appreciated our business. During our last service visit, Barbara looked at a Venza and liked it. She spoke to a very nice gentleman named Allen who invited us back at some time to drive the vehicle to see how it rode and handled. We did return and asked for Allen who turned out to be the nicest and most well-informed sales representative we have ever dealt with. The automobile performed extremely well and we decided to try to purchase it. We think this was probably the most enjoyable buying experience ever. Allen was professional but also let us know that they wanted to sell us a car. We did reach an agreement and purchased the automobile. Ron Hibbard was very business like and super nice. Since the hour was late and we had to bring the title the next day, Allen followed us home so we could use the garage door opener in our old car. He took the time to set the "Home link" our new car. The next day he spent almost 1.5 hours explaining the operation of the navigation and audio systems to us. The next time we need to purchase an automobile, Ron Hibbard Toyota will be the first place we visit. More

Not happy at all with experiance! Trade in calculator is a joke, they will not honor value quoted. Worst experiance with toyota to date.
