We found Ron Hibbard Toyota and were immediately greeted by Jason Neal. He was informative without being aggressive. After deciding this was the car we wanted and this was the dealership we wished to do business with our experience was all we hoped it would be. We met and dealt with Jason Neal, Jason Hargrove and Ron Hibbard. Each was professional and helpful. If service is as good as sales we will be doing business with this dealership again. More

We had a Great experience at this dealership used the web site to find the used Lexus we bought. We visited the show room, were met in the parking lot by Mike and got our questions answered right used the web site to find the used Lexus we bought. We visited the show room, were met in the parking lot by Mike and got our questions answered right away. We ended up treading our car in and we were the proud owners of the Lexus the next day! My new Camry hybid. I do not like buying a car and generally keep them a long time. Our last car was a 1991 Corolla Wagon with 287,000 mi. and 19.5 years of service bef I do not like buying a car and generally keep them a long time. Our last car was a 1991 Corolla Wagon with 287,000 mi. and 19.5 years of service before we gave it up. I am also very frugal and do not like to spend large amounts of money on anything. I took in my 2004 Tacoma for evaluation of an oil leak and was shown (not just told) that it needed $2000 worth of work to remedy the problem. I also had just learned that my drive to work was about to change drastically. It was to be much farther and through urban traffic. The truck is a stick shift which can be difficult in stop and go driving. Being a farm boy, I loved my truck but really had little use for it as we live in a villa now with all maintenance provided. We have a 2010 Corolla which we love so I drove a new Corolla. Nice car. I then asked Allen if I could see a Prius as I have always wanted one. We drove one and the gas mileage and amenities are impressive. Allen then mentioned a terrific promotion on the 2014 Camry as the 2014.5's were coming out. He had a hybrid and that one really captured my attention. Through the following week or more I asked many detailed questions (I am an engineer) and Allen was always there politely and quickly with the answer. My wife then drove the candidate cars and we agreed on the Camry hybrid. There were still some obstacles. We didn't like the color of the only one they had and we wanted a few added options. Allen and Mr. Hibbard found our desired color and worked to add the required options at very fair price. We now own a new Camry Hybrid LE and love it. Got 44.88 mpg on the first tank. Part of the enjoyment of the car is that the purchasing process was very painless and this frugal farm boy is pleased that all was fair and above board. More
I was looking for a used Prius under $10k, and I browsed every dealership inventory online that I could think of. I called several dealerships, and even though the car was shown online, it already sold. W every dealership inventory online that I could think of. I called several dealerships, and even though the car was shown online, it already sold. When I called Ron Hibbard, I spoke with Nina, who was very pleasant and personable. She confirmed the car I was looking at online was still available, and she offered to send me photos since there weren't any online yet (the car was JUST traded in). Nina quickly sent photos to me after Service checked out the car. She even sent me an email with details about the car, and then she called me to provide the name of the salesman that I should see when I came in to look at the car. Nina even printed out the Carfax and made sure the salesman had it when I arrived. When I arrived to look at the car, the salesman, Tom, was also very pleasant and didn't pressure me at all. I looked at the car and took it for a test drive. The car was filthy, inside & out, from the previous owner. It was just traded in, so it hadn't even been detailed yet, but I didn't care. I explained to Tom that my credit wasn't the greatest, and that my wife's was better. When we crunched numbers, Tom seemed confident that we'd be approved, and he even related to us on a personal level about credit problems (this made me feel even more comforable and not like we were "bad people" for mistakes we made when we were younger). Nina even stopped by Tom's office to make sure I made it okay and to personally meet me and shake my hand. Very nice touch. Tom came back, said we were approved, and he even lowered the internet price (already slightly below Blue Book)! I was so excited! We finished all the paperwork with Carol, who again, was also very pleasant. Carol was nice enough to help us get a better interest rate than I originally expected. Tom said they'd have the car detailed and completed by the next day, and they did. When my wife & I arrived the next day to pick up the car, it looked amazing! I can't believe the detail guys did such a great job! Tom wasn't at the dealership when we picked up the car, so we saw Lydia, who put on a temp tag and gave us the keys. Even though we were only picking up the keys, Lydia was very nice and shared personal stories with us. For some reason, I always thought the cars at Ron Hibbard were above sticker price. I can't speak for the new cars on the lot, but I felt like I got a good deal on my Prius. All of the staff that we interacted with were just great. I was very impressed, and I'll definitely return to for my next Toyota! More

Nobody loves a "salesman". So when we stopped in at Ron Hibbard Toyota to test drive a couple of cars, we proceeded with our usual cautious optimism. We were quickly greeted by a smiling, friendly young man who asked us to call him Z. His kind, calm demeanor instantly made us feel comfortable. He was patient with me during test drives of both the Venza and Avalon. He answered my questions thoroughly and never once made me feel rushed in my analysis of each car. And let me tell ya... I can analyze! He was the perfect combination of playful and sarcastic but professional at the same time. It reminded me that buying a new car should be fun! We left the lot that day without hearing that dreaded phrase, "What can we do put you in that car today?" More points for Z! He was respectful of the fact that we simply weren't ready to talk numbers. We exchanged phone numbers, and he wished me well on my continued search. A couple of days later when I'd decided the Venza was the car for me, my father sent out several emails to dealerships across the Southeast requesting quotes. Nina at Rob Hibbard was one of the first to respond. I recall my dad telling me how responsive and helpful she'd been. He was impressed with her knowledge of the business. Luckily, their quotes were also in line with our own research and expectations, and we were able to make a deal! They were honest and straight-forward. It was almost too easy! After travelling to Kentucky, Georgia and Ohio for past deals, it was nice to be able to work with someone local. And it was really nice to be able to give our business to Z and Nina after they'd made such good impressions on both of us. And Carol couldn't have been sweeter going over all the paperwork with us. Long after emails continued to roll in from other dealers with outrageous quotes and sky-high monthly payments, we knew we'd made the right decision. I appreciate, more than the professional side of the transaction, the personal side. Z and Nina made us feel like friends. We all shared stories and details about our lives with each other. It could not have been more pleasant. I've been in touch with both of them since the deal closed, and they continue to be great! I will remember this experience when it's time for me to buy my next car. Oh, and I LOVE my Venza! Thanks, Z, Nina and Carol... :) Brandi C. More
I have never brought a new car but this experience was good and I would recommend this dealership for buying a car in general. I honestly do not have anything bad to say, we even had the owner himself com good and I would recommend this dealership for buying a car in general. I was able to negotiate with them. They also gave me good trade in value on my old truck when I told them what "Kelly Blue Book" valued my old truck at. I am pleased.
