Mr. Hibbard expressed his sincere apologies and was more than willing to work with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the deal. He went over our contract and explained in depth everything we had questions about. He expressed his apologies to us over and over and assured us that we were more then just a car sale. He let us know that he would do all he could to help us in the future. We also now realize that all that was done that evening was just part of selling a car. Over all we feel Toyota is a good dealership with friendly, helpful people. More
