Ron Hibbard's Toyota Dealership is worth the trip I had my Nissan Altima at the Nissan Dealership next door getting its death sentence and had some time to walk around and look at both the Nissan and I had my Nissan Altima at the Nissan Dealership next door getting its death sentence and had some time to walk around and look at both the Nissan and the Toyota Dealerships. I saw the truck that fit 95% of my criteria sitting in the back of the used lot at Ron Hibbards. I asked the salesman close by (that was working with another couple) about the price. He took the time and went indoors and had another salesman (Mike Hollerman) come back out to help me. I had been working outdoors on my property and looked filthy when my car started making its death cry. I know I looked like a country bumpkin that didn't have 2 cents to rub together but Mike didn't blink an eye other than to ask if my dog would bite him. This was about 2pm. I ended up getting that truck. I am not an easy sale. Mike really had his work cut out for him, however, he was never rude or looked frustrated. He stayed with me and Ron Hibbard even came in to say hello to Rosa (my dog). By the time we were finished making a deal we were both happy with, it was eight o'clock (two hours after their closeing time) and they were just as friendly as when we started. Most times when I go by a car lot when I leave I want to take a shower, or the second a salesman hears me say "well, I'm not sure" their disposition changes and they don't have another second to spare. I'd been looking for a truck for several months, sometimes the salesman would size me up and not even get out of the chair, one looked so perterbed that he had to tell "Honey" on the phone to hold on for a second after I had stood there five minutes as he talked about nothing important. Truth is I'm glad on that day I had to take my car to the dealership (that also treated me rudely) that was right next to Ron Hibbard's Toyota store. I have a truck now that I'm happy with at a dealership that stands behind their product. More

Car returned greasy and dirty The car had to be returned as not all of the work was done the first time. This is the first time in 36 years that I ever was able to get a car from a dealership and I am very pleased. I left with a 2008 Toyota matrix thank you More
