The repair was going to be a very expensive one and I thought I was between a rock and hard place. The car was not worth investing that much money in so I thought I was going to be stuck with it. My salesman James Lackey sprung into action and got with Randy Hibbard and and they offered to get me out from under my rock and got me into a brand new car. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! This is my second Toyota and I probably wouldn't have traded has I not been able to get exactly what I wanted. I browsed the lot without pressure and then Jason Hargrove greeted me with a friendliness that is hard to ignore. He worked to get me exactly what I wanted and really took very little time. His detailed knowledge of the car I bought was impressive. He took his time with any questions I had and at no time did i ever feel rushed into a decision. He was very thorough with exploring my buying options and I appreciated that. Mike Christian was excellent when it came to explaining warranty options, etc. without any pressure to buy. He understood that I am very budget minded and he worked with me to get the best coverage for my particular situation. All in all, this has been the best experience I've had buying a car.
