The third time is charm, because they were able to work out a fair deal considering the fact that we had some negative equity in the car that we were trading in. Our salesperson, Austin Christian, was both nice and helpful. We also had a great experience in the finance office with Michael Christian. One of the things I like is that they have never been forceful in trying to make a sale. At times when I was not ready to make a deal they backed off and gave me time to think. The sales person in all buy one of my five purchases from Ron Hibbard was Lydia Atmore. Lydia ranks at the top of the list in sales persons I have encountered at auto dealers. She is friendly, professional, courteous, answers questions and requests promptly and is never pushy. More

Zlatan Durmic, Assistant Sales Manager made the experience even better. He is very personable, "down to earth", and more importantly, Knowledgeable about the product. It didn't hurt he came to my rescue after my money got stuck in the vending machine. I was hungry. I have had service done with Carl Anderson since 2009.
