I had to work at 11am, so I had to drop my car off four hours before my 3pm appointment and The staff at this dealership are so friendly and helpful. Well, they called me at 1pm and said it was done...TWO HOURS BEFORE my appointment was even scheduled. They came and got me at my lunch break and I got my car back before my work day was done. This was great for me since I was planning on driving the Camry to Florida in the next couple of days. Overall I am satisfied, and would have no issue with returning when the need arises. Allen is very friendly and seems to truly care about helping find the right vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles and I would not say the "buying" experience was any easier honestly. There was the same old back and forth, go talk to a manager, etc that is so common with buying a car. I did not like that they seem to base everything on how much it cost per month, not showing what you are actually paying - without asking at least. In the end I feel everything was fair and I will give them a try next time as well. More
