Finding the right car to fit our requirements took two visits due to not finding a car during the first visit. Mike was professional, knowledgeable about cars and the car being purchased. He was not pushy but had excellent follow up when a car came in that he thought we might be interested in. The second visit was scheduled, the car looked at, test driven, then purchased. There were several items that Toyota had on a list to repair without us asking. Looking back, I would have liked a final list of items checked out in the shop and second list of items repaired.
