He was so personable and patient with us as we wanted to see all of our options as well as having to test each vehicle to comfortably fit our newborn child. He never once hesitated to try and give us exactly what we wanted. We came in originally looking to only get me an upgraded "mommy" SUV and ended up coming back 4 days later to get my husband a new truck as well. The financial team was very efficient as well. We were able to get in and out within record time and make a great connection with them too. It's always a comforting feeling when you feel everyone is on your team! This will be the 8th vehicle my family has purchased from this dealership and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. These guys rock!!! More

If you don't read any other review, read this one. For those of you who want to know what I think succinctly, here it is in this first paragraph. This is the most exceptional dealership experience I h For those of you who want to know what I think succinctly, here it is in this first paragraph. This is the most exceptional dealership experience I have EVER had and I will NEVER shop anywhere else. And this isn't my first new car rodeo. I've purchased 7 new vehicles over time so I have a wide frame of reference. If you live in the Nashville area you've seen their commercials about how they treat their customers like family. They absolutely do. They're knowledgeable, efficient and when they tell you they're going to do something, they do it. Don't go anywhere else. Now, for those of you who want the whole story read on. I found myself needing a new car in a short period of time. I also found myself with less than perfect credit after a lengthy job search and the 50% pay cut I took after 2010 I knew I wanted to go back to Toyota (from Volvo). I also knew between that and the negative equity I had on my vehicle (which by the way wasn't running, another challenge) I was in a tough spot. With all that in mind I started my search. I started by calling another Toyota dealership. I was directed to a salesman. I told him everything up front. My credit score, negative equity, down payment and that my Volvo wasn't running. I let them know I was looking for a new vehicle as I could always budget for a car payment but not a payment and repairs. The salesman said he would get back with me. He called back and said that they got me approved, no problem and to come on in. I let him know I would be in the following evening. The following day after work I paid someone to come and start my Volvo. It started up and I was ready to go. I called to let them know I was on my way. About 200 yards from my house the car just shut off. I got it to the side of the road and called the guy back who had just jumped it. While I was waiting I called the dealership and told them the car had broken down on the way there and I wasn't going to make it that night and wasn't sure what to do and that I would probably have to have the car towed up there. Another salesman told me it would be fine, don't worry that they would take care of it and they would pay to have it towed to their dealership. (Lie number 1) I was so relieved. I got my car back to the house. The next day I got a call and the salesman said the sales manager said I had to have the car running or they wouldn't take it. Running?! If the car was running I wouldn't be in this predicament! I said 'but the salesman last night said not to worry and that they would have it towed and everything was fine! Well the sales manager said you have to drive it up here. Otherwise there's no deal. If you can get the car up here that will take care of the negative equity and your loan will be just for the new car. (Lie number 2) So I bought parts, had a friend take a look at my car, and got it started. I told them I was coming again. They said all I had to do was drive it up there. I drove it up there in rush hour traffic, totally freaked out it would shut off again and made it to the dealership. It shut off in the dealers parking lot. (I am not making this up.) The salesman didn't know how to jump it so my friend had to help. Then he said he didn't know if he could get me approved. What? You said I was already approved. Well there's no one here right now who can take a look at it and it's 8:00 and we're closing so you're going to have to leave and come back tomorrow. What? I have to leave? So I left, in tears, humiliated and got a ride home. The next day at this point I'm mentally exhausted from these people, freaking out about what I'm going to do and don't have the energy to think straight. And...now they have my Volvo. My daughter tells me, 'call another dealership' which at that point was the last thing I wanted to do. I'd seen the ads for Ron Hibbard on TV and they said they treated people with respect and like family. So I called. I asked to speak with the sales manager and got Randy Hibbard. I gave him all the information I gave the other dealership and told him what they had been putting me through all week. And by the way, I can't stop crying. He said he didn't know if they could work anything out but they wouldn't tell me they could just to . An hour or so later I got a call from 'Z'. He asked me a couple questions about the Volvo. Then he said he would call me back. Which he did. He said they could work something out and the car that worked with the deal. I can't believe what he's telling me. I got this information in just a couple hours when I had been put through the wringer by the other dealership for the last 5 days. He said that they were going to be able to give me full value on the Volvo $5,300.00. What?!! I was so happy now I was crying happy tears. He asked me when I could come up and complete the paperwork and get the car, I said after work tonight. He said great everything will be ready. About an hour after that the first dealership salesman called again and said all they could give me for my car was $500.00 and that no wholesaler in town would touch it.(Lie number 3) Again I'm totally freaked out and I call Z and say are you sure this is going to be ok? The other dealer said no wholesaler in town will touch it. Z says, I've got it figured worse case scenario. I said what is worse case scenario? He says "if it needs a whole new engine. My wholesaler has already seen it and from what I understand, it's a really nice car, it's just not running. After work I go to Ron Hibbard, and Z comes out and gives me a hug. Then he directs me to Dalton. I walk over and there's this beautiful Corolla. I still can't believe it. The whole time I was there they were so nice, courteous and welcoming. And they didn't tell me they were closing and to come back tomorrow. So, if you've taken the time to read all this, Ron Hibbard is the dealership all other dealerships strive to be. If you're looking for a Toyota, (and even if you're not) don't go anywhere else where they bald faced lie to you, and run, don't walk to Ron Hibbard. Because surely you'll be going there with significantly smaller baggage than I and if they could help me and be kind, professional and welcoming to me, just think how well it will go for you! More
