The questions he didn't know the answer to; he would go out of his way to find out the right answer. He is really an asset to your cooperation. He seems to really like his job and enjoys dealing with customers - he's very patient! Michael Christian is really great also. We discussed "Credit Life" and he was very honest about it and told us that he could not sell us credit life because it was not worth it. He's very honest and very straight forwardd.
