We knew what we wanted and knew that it was going to take a little bit to get our finances the way we wanted them before we actually made the purchase. Easiest Car Purchase I've Ever Made When we rolled onto the Ron Hibbard pre-owned lot in April 2015, we weren't 100% sure what we wanted, and had been to several dealerships shopping aro When we rolled onto the Ron Hibbard pre-owned lot in April 2015, we weren't 100% sure what we wanted, and had been to several dealerships shopping around for weeks. Immediately, Brian took the role of assistant and informant rather than salesman. He helped us look at the options on different vehicles and talk us through the pricing. We test-drove and settled on a beautiful certified pre-owned Toyota Highlander, but it didn't have the leather we wanted for our family car. Brian worked to get leather installation included! The actual sales process was equally painless. I felt like they really wanted to work with us. This is in stark contrast to another local dealership that refused to work with us on pricing at all. In the end, we have a dependable family car and absolutely no buyer's remorse because I know we didn't overpay and got a fair price. I will DEFINITELY SHOP RON HIBBARD AGAIN - and I will ask for Brian Crowder by name. More
