He talked me through a few different options until we found one I liked the best and then he really went to work. He stayed with me through the entire financing procedure and the dealership was amazing at working with my budget. I just had my 5,000 mile service and it was so easy. They took great care in explaining any concerns and made sure I was all set once they found a nail in my tire. I have recommended this dealership, sales person and service department to many people and am sure I will continue to do so for years to come. More

I am Happy With My Purchase I think the used car manager got the wrong read on us initially because we were shown cars out of our price range right off the back. Brian Crowder took us on some test drives and got a better feel for us. We ended up having to decide between two cars that fit our criteria in our price range. Ultimately, we ended up with a Toyota Prius C which has been a great car for us. My wife commutes an hour away three or four times a week. Our gas bill has been cut in half because Brian took our situation into account and found the perfect car for us. Next time I need a car, I will talk to Brian first. Zlatan also was very pleasant to work with on the financing end of the purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the purchasing process and what Toyota has to offer. More
